These publications is collection of research papers presented at the International Conference: Buddhist Narrative in Asia and Beyond convened in honour of HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn on her fifty-fifth birth anniversary in August 2010. Considering the success of the conference, the Institute of Thai Studies decided to publish this rich and diverse collection of narrative studies.
